Agnes Tirop Murder Suspect’s Bond Ruling Set For April

A questionable charged with killing athlete Agnes Tirop will know whether he’ll be released on bond on April 1.

High Court judge Reuben Nyakundi said the court will start hearing Mr Ibrahim Rotich’s case later. But the execution has filed an affidavit opposing his release on bond.

The execution said it had inviting substantiation connecting Mr Rotich to the murder, adding that he’s likely to intrude with substantiations.

Among the 10 crucial substantiations anticipated to swear are Mr Rotich’s cousins. The execution also says the indicted had hovered to take his life before his arrest and stressed he may do it if released.

Mr Rotich denied killing Ms Tirop who was plant dead at her Iten house on October 13 last time.

A necropsy showed she failed of stab injuries and blunt trauma to the head.
