Responsibilities
Human Resource Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the firm as a Human Resources Manager. This position requires an experienced Human Resources professional to lead strategic HR endeavors focused on driving talent retention, enhancing organizational culture, and providing strategic support to the business practices.
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them and enhance the firm’s competitive advantage.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Talent Acquisition and On-boarding:
- Create and execute talent acquisition plans to attract top talent, overseeing the entire process from needs assessment to onboarding and smooth integration.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems – from goal setting to review and evaluation mechanism.
- Develop an integrated training & coaching framework to enable performance & career enhancement.
- Develop a continuous process for training and developmental needs assessment.
HR Operations:
- Manage the HR budget, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decisionmaking and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage the annual compensation review process.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote health and wellness programs, enhance work-life balance.
- Resolve conflicts, address grievances, and foster an inclusive environment.
- Develop retention strategies, conduct engagement surveys to implement initiatives based on feedback.
- Promote the firm’s values, strengthen organizational culture, and implement improvements based on assessments.
- Oversee the exit process and ensure a smooth transition. Carry out attrition analysis.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing HR strategies and driving performance driven culture.
