Job Description
MANUFACTURING Maintain the prescribed temperature at all times during pelleting. Sampling of finished products. Perform durability tests on a regular basis Monitoring & recording of pellet parameters HOUSEKEEPING Daily cleaning of pellet mills and work area. Adhere to feed safety standards and procedures (ISO Standards) Adhere to health, safety environmental standards and procedures Manually grease Pellet Machine rollers Assist with Dye changes Setting roller gap ADMINISTRATION Record the production sequence, temperature, pellet mill speed and steam stats, through put. Report equipment defects to Production supervisor COMMUNICATE To communicate regularly and immediately to Production Supervisor on problems and faults regarding the pelleting plant. SHIFT WORK Willing to work shifts and public holidays TRAIN/COACHING Be trained to relieve other personnel in their jobs if requested. Perform any other reasonable task, which will be requested by Management from time to time (Adhoc Tasks)

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 Computer Literate 6 months’ experience in a production environment Willing and able to work shifts, overtime and public holidays Effective written and communication skills
